Custom Cruiser Chrome Shipping Rates & Information
All shipping is by FEDEX.
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping to Canadian Provinces is $30.00.
Shipping to Nunavut and Yukon Territories is $52.00
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
International Orders:
Shipping to United States is $30.00.
There is a US Customs Brokerage charge of $30.00 for United States orders exceeding $200.00.
Why is my order status "Backordered "?
Sometimes our distributors are out of inventory and we have no choice
but to wait for the item to be in stock. We will contact you within 24
hours if any part of your order is backordered. At that time we will
give you an ETA (estimated time of arrival). Please keep in mind that
this is just an estimate. Sometimes the product can arrive sooner,
sometimes it could arrive later.
We know how frustrating this can be so we will be happy to give you
updates on your order via email or by calling 705-742-1218 for as long
as your order is backordered. Even if you don't contact us for updates,
we are constantly monitoring backorders to ensure your wait is as short
as possible.
If while your order is in backordered status you find it in stock from
another dealer, you can cancel your order without penalty, as long as
the item is not in transit. Most times all dealers will be in the same
position since backorders are on a national scale.
Custom Cruiser Chrome Refunds and Returns
All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number and the original
invoice. Please call 705-742-1218 within 3 days of receiving your order
and explain why you want to return the item and an RMA will be assigned
to you.
Shipping the item back to CustomCruiserChrome is the responsibility of
the customer and must be sent freight prepaid to the address listed on
our contact page.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless they are unused and in their original packaging. If a product is shrink wrapped and it has been opened it is not returnable. Please inspect all chrome plated products very carefully before installing on your bike. Any chrome plated products that have been installed are not returnable. No exceptions! Installing these products often leaves marks from the fasteners and are not resaleable.
All returns of undamaged goods will incur a 30% restocking fee if
shipped back within 15 days. 15 days is calculated from the day the
product shipped to you till the day it is received back. Shipping
charges will also be deducted for orders that shipped free. All
products returned must arrive in perfect condition and sellable to be
eligible for refund or exchange. Otherwise it will be refused and
shipped back to the consumer at their expense.
In cases where CustomCruiserChrome sends the wrong part, we will cover
freight charges to send the part back and ship the correct part to you
at no charge.
In cases where the consumer orders the wrong part, it is the
responsibility of the consumer to ship the part back and to pay
shipping for the correct part.
Under no circumstances are special order items returnable.
No Returns accepted after 15 days.
No returns on electrical components of any kind. There are no
exceptions to this policy. This is including but not limited to all
lights.
Please be sure you want to purchase a product before you place your
order. Orders are processed rapidly to provide customers with the
fastest service possible. Items that are not part of our regular
inventory are sometimes ordered minutes after we receive your
confirmation. When we commit to the product with our supplier it is
usually impossible to stop the order.
Cancellations
You can cancel a part that is part of our regular inventory with no
penalty as long as it hasn't shipped. If we commit to the product with
one of our suppliers and you cancel, there is a 25% restocking fee.
This applies whether the product has shipped or not. All shipping
charges incurred will also be deducted from your refund.
This policy is not to make money on you in any way. These are industry
standard charges that we pay our suppliers if we return a product.
In order to cancel an order you must call 705-742-1218. Do not send an
email or leave a voice mail and assume your order is cancelled. Emails
sometimes get lost and so do voice messages. Your order is not
officially cancelled until you receive an email from us stating a
status change to cancelled. If your order ships before we cancel your
order, you are responsible for any restocking fees and shipping charges.
Warranties
Any warranties on the products sold hereby by CustomCruiserChrome are those made by the manufacturer.
Customer must engage the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
CustomCruiserChrome will assist the customer if help is requested.
Shipping the item to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the consumer.
